Services and how we work

Four service lines, one process. Every engagement starts with a written brief and a fixed scope, so you know the deliverables and the dates before production begins.

Process

Four phases with two review rounds each. Decisions are recorded in writing so nothing is re-litigated late in production.

  1. Phase 1 · About 1 week

    Discover

Agree on what the asset has to do and who it speaks to.

We do: Review your product, market, and existing creative. Write a one-page brief with the decision the viewer should make.

You provide: Product access, prior creative, and one decision-maker for sign-off.

  2. Phase 2 · 1–2 weeks

    Define

Lock the story and look before anything expensive is built.

We do: Script or beat board, direction frames, and a shot list. Two review rounds.

You provide: CAD, concept art, brand assets, and feedback in one consolidated pass.

  3. Phase 3 · 2–5 weeks

    Design & build

Produce the 3D work at final quality.

We do: Modelling, look development, animation, sound, and grading, with checkpoints at blocking and first render.

You provide: Approvals at each checkpoint; product or legal review if needed.

  4. Phase 4 · 1 week, plus a review after launch

    Launch & learn

Ship the right files and learn what performed.

We do: Deliver masters, cutdowns, captions, and source files. Review results with you after launch.

You provide: Channel specs and, where you can share it, performance data.
